We truly got great value for our money at Forestata Village. The rooms were spacious, light, and very clean. The location, surrounded by olive trees and with a beautiful garden, provided a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff were kind and helpful, making us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay.
Food for breakfast could have been better with more options for meat-eaters.

What a pleasant surprise and adventure this whole trip was! We initially took a bad GPS route, but we're so glad we gave it a chance. The location is in the middle of olive trees with a big, beautiful garden. The hosts were kind and the rooms were spacious and light. The breakfast had a good variety and the Greek food was delicious. It's a perfect destination for nature lovers and those who want to escape the busy city life. The secluded atmosphere is peaceful, with cool nights and beautiful starry skies. The nearby city of Lixouri is just a short drive away.
Would recommend this hotel.

Our stay at Forestata Village was truly amazing. The studio we had was spacious and clean, with two lovely terraces where we could enjoy the sun or shade. The view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking, with panoramic views of the mountains, Argostoli, and the sea. The room was well-equipped and the water pressure in the shower was great. We also loved the fact that there was a huge garden with garden furniture and hammocks, where we could relax and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The location, although a bit isolated, provided a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

Authentic BBQ nights under rustic gardens: The BBQ nights at Forestata Village were a real treat! We enjoyed the traditional experience under the stars, surrounded by the rustic gardens. It felt like we were transported back in time, indulging in delicious food and enjoying the magical atmosphere. Definitely a highlight of our stay!
Late breakfast timing: One minor issue we encountered was the breakfast timing. It started at 8:30 AM, which was a bit late for us as we preferred to head to the beach in the morning.

Villa Forrestata offers a true escape from the hustle and bustle, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the countryside. We enjoyed scenic walks in the surrounding hills, where the lush landscapes and breathtaking views took our breath away. The warm and friendly hosts made us feel right at home, and the homemade jams and juices served during breakfast were a delicious treat. Our children loved playing in the gardens and interacting with the adorable kittens that roamed the property. With spacious rooms and stunning balconies overlooking the Argostolian Gulf, this place felt like a dream come true.
My wife says that the bathroom facilities, specifically the old bathtub instead of a shower, were not very family-friendly.
